The following chart shows the desired ranges of bacterial and fungal biomass, nematodes and protozoa which should be found in a well-designed brew recipe. By utilizing plant meals (i.e. oatmeal, cottonseed meal etc.), feed hay, liquid humates and fish products you can supply enough nutrients to maintain beneficial microbial populations. Having your tea analyzed will insure a properly balanced tea.
