This starts with the way you set up your leadership team and your program. It means that way in which you teach your participants as adult learners in modeling professional practice for them as teachers of children. It includes the way you comport yourself outside, the way you care for the environment, your enthusiasm for inquiry and learning, your scientific rigor, and your commitment to educational excellence.
